“Re>Think Local is highly ambitious and innovative, guided by an evolving, cutting-edge mission area and programming.”

So began the executive summary of a recent Dyson Foundation-funded organizational assessment conducted by New York Council of Nonprofits (NYCON).

Part of our ambitious and innovative strategic focus includes launching a mission-aligned, community-impacting, revenue-generating social enterprise.

We envision pollinating a number of enterprises over the coming years. They could be fully owned by Re>Think or partnerships with others. They could be businesses that start on the back of a napkin, or an existing one that we invest in.

What better way to begin than to collaborate with our community?

Have an idea? Let’s collaborate!

Our tagline is, “Co-creating a better Hudson Valley.” These aren’t empty words.

Can we together create or grow a model business that shows that you can be both profitable and make a positive contribution to our communities?

Submit your idea and get a chance to collaborate with us on the venture — and win a number of prizes, material and advisory.

You’d work directly with a passionate, powerhouse board of directors that will oversee the process.
